Frequently asked

How do I sign in?: Use the email and password you registered with, or Continue with Google. If your account was created with Google, use that button rather than a password.
I forgot my password.: Choose 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in page. We email you a reset link that is valid for 30 minutes. This also works if you only ever signed in with Google and now want a password.
How do I pay for a course?: Paid courses are bought with mobile money. Choose your provider, confirm the amount, and approve the prompt that arrives on your phone.
My payment was approved but I still have no access.: Confirmation can take a minute to reach us. If access has not appeared after that, contact us with the phone number you paid from and the approximate time.
How is course progress tracked?: A lesson is marked complete once you have watched it through, and your position is saved so you can pick up where you left off on any device.
When do I get a certificate?: Once every lesson in a course is complete. Certificates appear under Certificates in your profile and carry a code anyone can verify.
