The agreement between you and SafeSkills.
These terms have not been published yet. The headings below are a checklist of what they need to cover — they are deliberately empty. Terms of service are a binding contract and must be written or reviewed by someone qualified. Registration currently asks users to agree to this page, so it should be a priority.
What these terms will need to cover
- Who may open an account, and account-holder responsibilities
- What learners may and may not do with course material and downloads
- Payment terms, currency, and whether refunds are offered
- Rules for community posts, Q&A and CTF submissions, and moderation
- Who owns uploaded content and what licence you receive for it
- Suspension and termination, and what happens to purchased access
- Limitation of liability and disclaimers
- Governing law and how disputes are resolved
